Door handle fitting instructions
Your door handle set comes complete with: 2 x handles 2 x bases 1 x spindle 2 x screws to go through the neck of the handle and screw into the spindle 4 x small screws to screw bases to the door 6 x plastic washers
To fix the bases to the doors use the small screws. Tighten them only just enough to hold them in place. They are ceramic and will break if overtightened. We cannot take responsibility for parts broken in this way. The spindle has a number of possible screw fixing positions so you can find the optimum fixing point for the handle depending on the width of the door. Use the plastic washers to fit between the handle and the base. Their primary function is to allow smooth movement between the hand the base but there are enough for three on each side to take up any potential slack between the handle and the base.
Cupboard & Drawer Knob fitting instructionsEach knob comes with a threaded fitting and screw. Using an appropriate drill bit, drill a hole through the cupboard or drawer. Push the screw through from the back and screw the knob in place. If you have particularly thick drawers or cupboards, it may be necessary to counter sink the screw or use a longer screw of the same width and thread. The result is a clean finish to the back of the drawer or cupboard without any intruding nuts or bolts.
